This Privacy Policy explains how MarketPulse ("we", the "Site") collects, uses and stores personal information of the Site's users. Use of the Site constitutes consent to this Policy.

2. What Information We Collect

Account details: email address and name (if provided) at registration and sign-in, including sign-in through Google.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, watchlist and language preferences — in order to operate and improve the service.

Payment data: billing details are processed by an external payment provider; we do not store credit card numbers in our systems.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device type — for security, abuse prevention and proper operation.

3. How We Use The Information

To operate the account, authenticate you and provide access to content according to your subscription package; to send the email updates you asked to receive (such as market updates for Investor subscribers and above); to improve the platform and analyze aggregate usage; and to enforce the Terms of Use and prevent fraud.

4. Sharing Information With Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, verification, payment processing, email and artificial-intelligence services) under appropriate processing agreements, and will be handed over to authorities only when required by law.

The Site uses cookies and local storage (localStorage) to keep the sign-in state, language preferences and display preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.
