1. General

Welcome to MarketPulse (the "Platform", the "Site", the "Operator"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. Use of the Site, whether as a guest or as a registered user or subscriber, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms — please refrain from using the Site.

All content, data, analyses, summaries, scores, scans and displays on the Site — including those produced by artificial intelligence — are intended for informational and illustrative purposes only. The data on the Site is collected from third-party and public sources and may contain inaccuracies, errors, delays, omissions or unavailability. Some of the data may be demonstration data. Quotes, prices and trading data may be delayed or incorrect and must not be relied upon for executing real-time transactions.

4. User Accounts And Subscriptions

Some of the content and features are available only to registered users or paying subscribers. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for every action performed in your account.

The trial period and the subscriptions are subject to the payment terms shown on the pricing page. The Operator may change prices, features and package structure upon reasonable notice, without affecting a period that has already been paid for.

Transferring, sharing or selling account access to third parties is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site: (a) in violation of any law; (b) for automated data collection (scraping) on a commercial scale without prior written approval; (c) to disrupt, breach or attempt unauthorized access to the Site's systems; (d) to redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without permission; (e) to impersonate another person or entity.

The Site, its design, its code, its trademarks and its original content are the property of the Operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. Market data, news headlines and content originating from third parties are the property of their owners, and are displayed on the Site for informational purposes only.

The Site may include links, embeds and broadcasts of third parties (for example YouTube). We have no control over such content and are not responsible for it, for its availability or for its policies.
